This powerful chamber vacuum package machine double seals each bag for guaranteed closure and can even boost the electrical power to seal metal type bags.
The digital controls on this model have a bright, easy-to-read LCD display to show the vacuum percentage during operation. They also allow the operator to select one of up to 25 different vacuum programs for operation of any given task. Plus, a phased vacuum program is standard and gradually seals the bag with a series of pauses, ensuring that the integrity of even soft product is maintained. The unit’s progressive decompression feature uses a soft air inlet valve to help prevent product from piercing its bag and destroying the seal. For maximum convenience, a label printing system is even built into the machine, allowing the operator to connect it to a printer and quickly produce freeze-proof labels. Features an inert gas flush function which allows you to package in a protective atmosphere.
To provide a consistent, powerful vacuum, this machine uses a 1 hp oil pump with a capacity of 700 cf/h. It has a pump drying program that helps to improve the durability of the machine and a working hours counter display to help you keep track of when the oil needs to be changed.
