Glasart’s Gella Cold Trays can be used in cold buffet services with practicality and elegance in breakfast, salads or desserts buffets. Ideal for remote buffets where electricity is not available or for flexible spaces that need to be converted after services.
The Gella Cold Trays need Glycogel bags that are non-toxic and do not lose malleability, even when frozen. Adaptable to various types of use, they operate through temperature transmission by conduction and contact.
We have 8 product options. You can choose between 2 sizes. For the bases, you can choose between black and White. And the tops are made in stainless steel for greater durability and temperature conduction or in tempered glass in the same color as the base. The best in design for mobile buffets.
The Gella Trays can be assembled on any surface and are ready to operate in a few minutes.
The Trays come in 2 sizes and 4 finishing options, glass or stainless steel top and white or black set.
They do not need electric power or hydraulic installation. They can be used over any surface.
Glycogel bags can be easily replaced during operation to prolong cooling durability.
