The Slicer Trevi Start 12″ is to heavy duty manual semi auto slicer with a 12 “blade. The slicer is made of anodized, stain resistant aluminum construction with seamless edges with radius corners (easy to clean). Has a cut capacity of eight hour per day, for cheese, ham and meat slicing capabilities. 0 to 3/4″slice thickness with motor overload protection and manual reset.
