The Flat Refrigerated Shelves, in the options with flat surface in glass (Onyx) or stainless steel (Steel), are suitable for the maintenance of cold dishes, salads and desserts from the buffet.
Deep Refrigerated Shelves, made of stainless steel, are mostly used for beverage and deserts’ maintenance.
Glasart’s Refrigerated Shelves are easy to operate, clean and dry. In the end of the service, just wipe the water excess with a clean cloth.
Glasart’s Flat Refrigerated Lanes (come with contact surface in glass or stainless steel) and Glasart’s Deep Refrigerated Lanes (come with contact surface in stainless steel) exchange heat with the environment and utensils placed on the shelves.
They are composed of condensing units that operate with refrigerante fluid, radiators, compressors and other components inherent to the refrigeration system.
They have a digital temperature controller that goes from -13°F to 24,8°F (-25°C to -4°C).
